In dieser Variante fügen wir frisches Gemüse hinzu für den taggleichen Verbrauch.

Kochutensilien

  • 1 Passendes Glas oder Becher

Zutaten

  • 100 Gramm Schnellziehende Nudeln
  • 1/4 Karotte
  • 1 EL Wakame-Algen (Oder Nori)
  • Ein paar Erbsen
  • Etwas Staudensellerie

Für die Sauce

  • 1,5 EL Sojasauce
  • 1 TL Ahornsirup
  • 1/2 TL Reisessig
  • Gewürze nach Geschmack

Anleitungen

Zuhause

  • Die Nudeln in den Becher geben, eventuell die Blöcke etwas verkleinern
  • Restliches Gemüse hinzugeben und sicher verpacken
  • Seperat dazu die Sauce zusammenmischen

Am Zielort angekommen

  • Kochendes Wasser über die Nudeln und das Gemüse geben
  • 5 Minuten ziehen lassen
  • Das Wasser abgießen, die Sauce hinzufügen und gut vermischen
